You’ve heard of the Secret Garden…a magical, serene and secluded place of childlike wonder and amazement. This ain’t that garden, this is wild style, epic jungle party mode! Hang a sign on your side gate that reads “Party round back” and plant the most aggressive, gregarious and exuberant plants we have to offer. Everything from Silphiums to Sunflowers, Big Bluestem to Blue Salvia and Monarda to Milkweed—we’ll select the most competitive plants that grow quick, bloom big and go hard! This is an excellent option to replace aggressive invasives or to convert unused lawn. If you like to make bold and impulsive choices with your landscape, consider selecting this mix!
This kit requires Full to Part Sun conditions with Medium to Dry moisture conditions. If you have a shadier backyard, consider the Woodland Edge mix, it also has taller growing plants, but they perform better in mix sun conditions.
Recommended for 30 - 50 sq. ft.

There's only one hitch…we pick the plants. Just like chef's choice in a restaurant you ask the expert to curate the best selection for you. The plants in your kit will be based on current inventory, prioritizing a multi-season bloom range with a variety of leaf textures and complementary flower colors.
Worried about design layout? Don’t be! We’ll label the plants in three categories: Matrix, Seasonal Interest and Structural. Start by arranging the structural plants 36-48” apart and then fill in the gaps with the matrix and the seasonal interest selections planting them 12-18” on center. If you need more advice or information, bring pictures of your site when you come to pick up the plants or email us and we’d be happy to offer layout recommendations.
