Black Chokeberry (Aronia Melanocarpa)

4 season beauty and function. Flowers in spring, berries in Summer, gorgeous fall color, stately stems in winter. Highly versatile, adaptable and tough as nails. Likes wetter soil but can adapt to even the driest of parking lot medians, perfect for rain basins or low spots in the yard. Variable heights from 6 foot to 12 foot, great for monohedge or mixed hedge. Berries are a super food with massive amounts of antioxidants, I add them to my oatmeal, but you can juice them or make jam.
