Prairie Brome (Bromus Kalmii)

Short lived, short stature prairie grass. Very attractive. Seed heads are a highlight in late summer and fall. Plant this with longer-lived forbs to hold space and crowd out weeds while your desirable plants get established. Grows in several different soil moisture and cultural conditions.
